WHAT WE
BELIEVE.
These are the Christian beliefs that guide what we build, rooted in Scripture and the historic Christian faith. In essentials, unity; in non-essentials, liberty; in all things, charity.
THE APOSTLES’ CREED
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic (universal) Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
BIBLICAL AUTHORITY
We affirm that the Holy Scriptures are to be received as the authoritative Word of God.
We affirm that Scripture in its entirety is inerrant, being free from all falsehood, fraud, or deceit.
We affirm that Scripture is the supreme written norm by which God binds the conscience, and that the authority of the Church is subordinate to that of Scripture.
Based on the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy (1978).
UNITY IN DIVERSITY
Kingdom Inventors is built on the foundation of historic Christian orthodoxy as expressed in the Apostles’ Creed and the authority of Scripture. While believers may hold different views on secondary matters of theology, church practice, and interpretation, we unite around the essential truths of the Gospel: that Jesus Christ is Lord, that He died for our sins and rose again, and that salvation comes through faith in Him alone.
Kingdom Inventors welcomes Christians from all traditions who confess Jesus as Lord, hold to the authority of Scripture, and seek to grow in their walk with Him.
The founders of Kingdom Inventors attend a non-denominational church.
