Marginalia
A study reader that keeps your notes beside the text instead of in a separate app.
ESTABLISHED · Running for years with a track record behind it.
WHAT IT DOES
Greek and Hebrew are first-class rather than an add-on, notes live in plain text files you own, and nothing you write leaves your machine. Import a reading plan, mark it up, and export the whole thing as markdown when you are done.
It does one thing, it does not want your data, and the file format will outlive the company.
WHY IT IS LISTED · OUR NOTEWHO RUNS IT
Built and supported by one person, five years in. It started as a seminary side project and still ships on nights and weekends; he answers support email himself.
HOW IT IS FUNDED
